Walk-in Registrations will still be available for Saturday.


Use these steps and screenshots as a guide to register for the Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Conference.


Online Event Registration

Site directors, 

1.    Open your browser and go to https://www.cvent.com/events/rocky-mountain-early-childhood-conference/registration-aba87a63388546fd8f740873226c6125.aspx

       You will see this screen:

 

2.    Fill in the Registrant Information fields with name and email for the attendee.  Be sure to check the “I am registering on behalf of this person” checkbox if you are registering for     someone else.

       For almost all registrants, select “Attendee.”

3.    Click the blue “Next” button.


4.    Fill in the Personal Information and Contact Information.  Be sure to fill in the Required fields, marked with a RED asterisk (*)

4.1  (Not necessary) You will also have the option to forward the invitation to others, and add a custom message.  

4.2  Any errors will display in red at the top of the page.  Examples of error messages follow:

*  The Allowability, Indirect Costs, and Cash Management (part 2 of 2) overlaps with the timeframe of one or more Sessions you have selected. You cannot select overlapping Sessions. 

*  The How did I miss the signs? How to Spot Predatory Behaviors overlaps with the timeframe of one or more Sessions you have selected. You cannot select overlapping Sessions.  

*  The CCCAP 101 overlaps with the timeframe of one or more Sessions you have selected. You cannot select overlapping Sessions. 

*  The Disclosures, Reporting, and Performance Measurement overlaps with the timeframe of one or more Sessions you have selected. You cannot select overlapping Sessions. 

*  The What Children Need vs. What Children Want and How to Foster Healthy Choices overlaps with the timeframe of one or more Sessions you have selected. You cannot select overlapping Sessions. 

*  The Talking About Temperament: Flexible, Slow-to-Warm, and Feisty! Oh My! overlaps with the timeframe of one or more Sessions you have selected. You cannot select overlapping Sessions. 

*  A valid combination for Work Address Country and Work Address State/Province is required.


5.    Click the blue “Next” button when finished.


6.    Answer the Registration Questions.  All responses are required.


7.    Select the days your registrant wants to attend in the Registration Options form.  Click the blue “Next” button.

8.    Select which Meals and Workshops your registrant will attend.  Then click "Next."

9.    Make a hotel request or opt out.  Then click “Next.”

10.    Review your Summary and determine if you need to cancel your registration, add another person, or continue.  Click on the “Finished Adding People” button at the bottom left when you are ready to move on.


Note:  The “Submit Payment” screen allows you to apply a discount before paying.  You may pay for your registrant with a Credit Card or with QI funds.



Opt to pay with QI funds,…

  1. Click the Quality Funds option. 
  2. Click the box to agree with the Terms and Conditions. 
  3. Click “Finish.”

Save your Confirmation Message and Invoice for Upload to ecConnect


You should then receive an email from Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Conference <registration@ecconference.com> with “Registration Confirmed - Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Conference” in the Subject line.  Have your registrant check their JUNK and SPAM folders in case it does not go to their inbox, or in case they did not add the address to their Safe Senders list.  The email includes a Confirmation number, which registrants may use to check on registration details or to unregister.  Only $175.00 will be refunded of the original $225.00 if you unregister.


To Save your email, ensure the email message is open in Outlook.

  1. Click the File Tab.
  2. Click 'Save As' to choose where to save it.  If you choose 'Save' it will save to your downloads folder.
  3. You may customize the filename, but it will be similar to "Badge_2de5b4eb3edf439dab36079433b4872f.pdf"



The email you receive also has a link to print your invoice.  Print it for your own records.  But  save it so it may be uploaded to ecConnect when you use the QI funds.

To save the invoice, 

  1. Open the email and locate the link that says Click here to print your invoice and click it.
  2. When the invoice displays in your browser window, click the download icon in the upper right corner.  
  3. See screenshot.
  4. Save it to the same location as the Confirmation Message so that you can use it to upload to ecConnect (within the next two business days).
