ecConnect Expansion Enhancements Request for Proposals


This is a solicitation for bids to improve the ecConnect system in the areas of system maintenance and user support; data quality and evaluation; user interface and experience enhancements; design of marketplace application; and systems integration. Please share with any qualified prospective vendors.

Late proposals will not be considered. We appreciate a response if you decline to submit a proposal.

 

Proposal questions may be submitted to sharon@denverearlychildhood.org. A listing of questions and answers will be posted at support.ecclacolorado.org as soon as possible following the submission of a question.

 

All prospective vendors may request a one hour meeting, either in person or over a conference call, to discuss the project(s) or existing systems for clarification of the project(s) requirements.

 

Proposals must include the required sections to achieve a uniform process and obtain the maximum degree of comparability. Proposals will be reviewed and scored against criteria to determine the best vendor for each project. The submission of a proposal in no way constitutes a contract, and all projects are contingent on funding availability and allowability. If a prospective vendor chooses to submit a proposal in response to this RFP, it is at the prospective vendor’s own cost and is not billable even if a contract is awarded. Once a project is initially awarded to a vendor, we will enter in to a contract negotiation and scope of work refinement process.
