This may help you in scoring the specific criteria on each of the ITQA, CCCAP, and SR rubrics. There is no rubric for RTTT.

Sugar Report: ITQA Application Scoring Report (Rubric) 


Criteria 1 (Infant and Toddler CCCAP enrollment)

  • Sugar Report: Type of Care and then look at:
  • In Colorado Shines (SalesForce go to QRIS Application and scroll down to High Needs Section)

 

Criteria 2 (Capacity to Expand Capacity/Slots for I/T)

  • Sugar Report
    •  Lic Slots for I/T?
    • CCAP Slots for I/T?

Criteria 3 (Quality improvement need based on quality ratings)

  •  Sugar Report: Shines Level

Criteria 4 (Classrooms provided for infant and/or toddlers)

  •  Sugar report: Add columns (I Rms + T Rms  + I/T Rms) Divide by Total Rms
  • For Home Provider (see Type of Care columns)
  • Then look in Colorado Shines on QRIS Application Ages Served section total under 3

 

 

Sugar Report: CCAP Application Scoring Report (Rubric)

Criteria 1 (CCCAP enrollment)

  • Sugar Report: Mean CCCAP (note since this is based on full-time enrollment and some children are only half time or on certain days, this will typically be less than actual CCCAP enrollment)

Criteria 2 (Office of Early Childhood High Needs Score)

  • Sugar Report: High Needs Score (This is based on a number of factors - self reporting of the High Needs Profile below, area where children live if high poverty, Mean CCCAP score, and other high impact data)

Criteria 3 (Quality improvement need based on quality ratings)

  • Sugar Report: Shines Level

Criteria 4 (Percentage of CCCAP enrollment)

  • Colorado Shines on QRIS Application Ages Served and High Needs Profile sections (Total Number of CCCAP Students divided by Total Number of Students) 


Criteria 5 (Sustainability and potential investment need)

  • Sugar Report: Years in Business

    • Program Approaches – look for formal programs and/or assessments
    • Primary Care Giving?
    • Continuity of Care?

Criteria 5 (Staff professional development (training) and planning time)

  • Sugar Report: Train/Plan time/mo
