Categories of Help

 BILL-Billing process and documentation needed for OEC auditing purposes (Lauren, Stacy, Angie)

 TRACK-Tracking CSQI grant allocations among your programs (Heather, Lisa, Julia, Stacy)

 ALLOW-Allow-ability of spending requests (Lisa, Julia, Stacy)

 AGENTS-Working with Fiscal Agents (Stacy, Angie)

 CHECK-Using your accounting software for a check and balance system for Sugar (Lauren)

 RECONCILE-Reconciling what is being logged/tracked in Sugar with the accounting system used for invoicing/fiscal management by the Council/fiscal agent (Lisa, Lauren, Julia)

 COACH-Coaching logs, spending and tracking other grants including CSQI Base funds (Lisa, Stacy, Angie)


Steps for Requesting Help

  1. Create email with Subject: Financial-BILL (or one of the other categories as the second word). Note: If you want to include additional information, feel free to after the additional two words.
  2. Include at the end of the Subject the priority level (Priority: Low, Medium, High, Urgent).
  3. Send email to one of the experts in that category and CC: support@ecclacolorado.org.
  4. The individual mentor will work on getting back to you as soon as possible and will Reply All (including Rick in the answer).
  5. If you do not understand the answer, make sure you select Reply All so Rick gets any clarifications.
  6. Rick will put together a FAQ document based on the questions asked. If many of the same questions are repeated, we may set up additional training, documents, or even a Help Desk.
