No Requisitions for provider in ecConnect (change Expiration Date)

ecConnect shows no requisition for RTT for the provider.  Will it take some time for it to show up in ecConnect for the provider to see or does it usually happen right away? 

Answer: Right away. Issue was the Requisition's Expiration Date.

The Requisition needed to be edited (today's date was after 09/30/2016)
