Awesome, thanks Bill!

Rick, I think your ‘->’ might really confuse people. Perhaps don’t change it until you do get feedback from advisory group?

Would you mind letting Arapahoe know it’s all set? I’m trying to reinforce that ECCLA is the go to, not DECC.

Thanks!

Hi Rick,

That's live now.
It's currently called "Transfer Funds or Hours to Pooled Requisition" but you can update the dropdown label as long as you don't change the underlying name.

Sharon, I reused the existing fields so there isn't any need for layout updates.

I would like to ask a few users on the Sugar Advisory Group.

Hmm, I think for usability, it makes a lot of sense to be able to make adjustments throughout the year.

Yes, please add a new action – Rick any thoughts on the verbiage?

Something like, “Transfer Funds or Hours to Pooled Requisition” and have funds/hours fields dependent on the type of requisition.

Bill can you reuse the fields you already have for the transfer to facilitate the transfer from and just multiply by -1?

Thanks!

Sharon

Hi Sharon,

If the initial award amount is incorrect, they're supposed to update their requisition's preliminary balance before the requisition is approved.
If they don't do that, they can still forfeit and then transfer additional funds.

It wouldn't be too much effort to set up the action you're talking about, but I thought it was intentionally omitted. It seems strange that we would encourage users to take funds away from provider requisitions after the MOU was signed and before the spending end date.

Hi Bill,

It looks like we never added an Action to requisitions to be able to Transfer Funds or Hours to Pooled Requisition (i.e. forfeit but not the full remaining balance).

Can you get that added asap? Arapahoe called and was needing to do that on a $2000 requisition that they want to by $1700.

Is there a different action you were thinking could accomplish that?

Thanks!
