Hi Everyone,

Here is a report on all the DECC sites that had a rating change since 7/1/15.
I included the accreditation type but that's self-reported on the salesforce side and then synced to us so that field is not completely accurate.
Let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional information included.

Thank you Bill! That is great news that all other funding streams have the correct Template name.

Soren, if it’s ok with you, having Bill resend the MOUs through a mass update is probably a little easier then you sending them all again.

Thanks everyone!

Hi All,

MOUs reflect the variables that were provided at the time that it was created, so updating the template name won't change any MOUs that were already sent. I've canceled all of the MOUs for this Funding Stream and updated the requisition status to correct the rollup of approved balances on the Funding Stream. I did leave the one aborted application as is since that generally means that the provider refused to sign, which is a special case.

I've attached a report of the applications that received the incorrect MOU. The statuses reflect the statuses prior to my updates.
Let me know if you'd like me to resend those or if you'd prefer to do them manually.

I reviewed the echosign template names for all other Funding Streams and everything looks good.

Rick, it sounds like the solution you're suggesting would work if these were going to the wrong signer but the issue is that the MOUs were using the wrong template so the content of the MOUs are incorrect and thus need to be resent using the correct template.

I wonder -- instead of cancelling and resending the last three MOUs that were for me to sign, I just clicked the  here to delegate link.

I did this for the 3 that came in this week: 1 RTT and 2 SR. For the 40+ or so since 7/6, I cancelled the ones that came to me for signature and resent them.

Hi Soren and Kelly,

In review the change log, it looks like Bill updated the EchoSign Template field to the SR MOU name on 6/17/16 because Rick had imported the names on the Funding Stream record name rather than the MOU template name on 6/15/16.

Bill, can you please review all funding stream records and EchoSign Template names to ensure there are not any other mismatches?

Unfortunately, because the MOU documents are different, the only way I can think of handling this is to Cancel any MOUs that are either out for signing or signed, and then resend. You can always double check the Echosign template name to ensure it looks correct on the Funding Stream record.

Bill – Can you confirm if Soren needs to cancel ALL out for signing, or if the Echosign API will correctly display the ITQA MOU if it hasn’t already been signed?

Rick, I looped you in so that you were aware and so that you can take special precaution when handling imports or mass updates.

Thank you,

Sharon

Thanks for the info, Soren.  Yikes!  Can you send us a Sugar link to an application and cc: support@ecclacolorado.org?  Hopefully Rick can work some magic without you having to re-do too much.

Ugh!  Thank you so much for catching this!

Hey Kelly and Sharon,
After approving all the sites for ITQA, Grisel pointed out a mistake that I should have caught earlier. All the ITQA sites are getting the MOU for School Readiness. Kelly, did you notice any issues with School Readiness or CCAP?
Sharon, how would you recommend that I proceed to get the correct MOU signed for each site?
