Empty Cache

Are you having problems with any of the following? 

  • The screen doesn't seem to update with the right information. 
  • Your screen looks "weird" or not what you would expect. 
  • You continue to have "Internal Errors" or other messages.
  • Your program goes in with the wrong setup, user ID, or password.


Did you try emptying your cache and rebooting your computer? 


  1. Open Chrome.
  2. On your browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu Menu.
  3. Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
  4. In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and"Cached images and files."
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. 
  6. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
  7. Click Clear browsing data and other options as desired (e.g. passwords).
